Edited by GIP Un Été Au Havre – Public Interest Group (GIP), the website, hereinafter the “Website” can be accessed at www.uneteauhavre.fr.
The Website is bilingual (French/English) and aims to provide news and updates regarding the event named Un Été Au Havre [A Summer in Le Havre], practical information, and various services to users.
The Website is intended for use by a large audience.
Intellectual Property
Un Été Au Havre is a registered trademark. Its use, notably for commercial purposes, and the promotion of products or services, is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of GIP Un Été Au Havre. All rights regarding elements appearing on the website, text, comments, photographs, music and, more widely, all contributions are protected by the Intellectual Property Code.

GIP Un Été Au Havre hereby waives all liability:

Applicable law and jurisdictional clause
These General Terms and Conditions are governed by French law and the French courts. In the event of any dispute regarding performance of these general terms and conditions of use, users and GIP Un Été Au Havre shall strive to resolve the dispute amicable. Failing this, they acknowledge the exclusive jurisdictional competence of the courts falling within the remit of Rouen Court of Appeal.
