Designed by architects Jacques Poirrier and André Hermant from the Auguste Perret studios, The Ocean Gate is highly symbolic, with its two 47.5m concrete towers that act like city gates and symbolize a threshold between the sea and the city, as they close and flank the main throughways of Le Havre (boulevard de Strasbourg, Place de l’Hôtel de Ville, Avenue Foch).
Facing East-West, the living spaces in the apartments have magnificent light-flooded views.
